David H. Holloway

Dave Holloway represents clients in a variety of litigation actions including ownership, contract, and intellectual property disputes and assists individuals and small businesses to protect their assets and prepare for the future through various corporate and estate planning matters.  Dave is also the managing member of Holloway Law, LLC, in Wilmington, Delaware, and is Of Counsel to SLG for its Delaware clients in a variety of complex litigation matters.

Dave regularly advises corporate clients on formation and business matters.
