David H. Holloway
Dave regularly advises corporate clients on formation and business matters. Notable representations have included helping S-Corp owners protect a multimillion dollar patent and successfully defending a company against a baseless claim of negligence, resulting in the case being dismissed in its entirety. Prior to forming his own firm, Dave spent four years as a Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Department of Justice, where he spent the majority of his time litigating serious cases in Superior Court. After leaving the Department of Justice, he litigated complex federal civil cases involving copyright infringement against industry-leading publishing companies. He also served as Judicial Intern to the Honorable Ellen Ceisler in Philadelphia during law school.
