Executive Assistant

You Are: Highly intelligent and efficient, confident with a positive presence, trustworthy, hardworking, and thorough.  You have extraordinary organizational skills; careful note-taking and instruction-following skills; a professional demeanor; and the ability to adapt quickly to a highly organized office using the latest technology.  You take pride in your work and bring your best effort to all tasks.

The Job:  You will be providing administrative support to numerous professionals in several offices, based out of our Vergennes, Vermont office.  You will support a specialized law firm and realty development firm, from answering phones, scheduling appointments and travel, reading and writing precise and literate communications to completing assorted research tasks and projects, as instructed.  You can expect to be busy and challenged at all times with interesting tasks where the utmost in precision and quality work are required.

Qualifications:  Only candidates with a four-year college degree and an established record of performing very careful work, through graduate education or proven experience, will be considered.  Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products (version 2007 or higher), Vista or Windows 7 Operating Systems, and Adobe Acrobat Pro is a must.  Based on experience, pay is $50,000 - $55,000 a year with benefits.
