As a founder and managing partner of SLG, David Shlansky has extensive experience in corporate joint ventures, technology transfer, intellectual property licensing, business real estate and other aspects of corporate law, including employment and regulatory compliance. David is especially experienced at representing entrepreneurial clients from business inception and startup through successive rounds of financing and growth.
In addition to his corporate practice, David maintains an active litigation and dispute-resolution practice in the areas of intellectual property protection, employment, shareholders' rights, real estate development and contract compliance.
